Full Time Massage Therapist for a Day Spa in India

The construction of our spa is now in its final phase , we are now  looking to hire female spa therapists. We are a women-only wellness spa dedicated to offering an authentic Korean spa experience in Bangalore, India. Our focus is on traditional seshin (Korean body scrubs), hydrotherapy, and holistic treatments that restore balance, beauty, and wellbeing in a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.

🌸 Key Responsibilities

Perform authentic Korean body scrubs (seshin) using professional exfoliation mitts.

Conduct spa rituals including soaking baths, hydrotherapy sequences, and body treatments.

Deliver massage therapies (Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, lymphatic drainage) as required.

Provide after-care skin treatments (oil massage, body wraps, nourishing packs).

Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client comfort, especially in a  women-only setting.

Ensure a warm, discreet, and respectful approach toward all guests.

Uphold spa etiquette, assist in creating a serene atmosphere, and support team operations.

🌸 Skills & Qualifications

Professional training/certification in spa therapy, massage, or bodywork .

Practical experience in Korean body scrub techniques (or willingness to be trained).

Knowledge of massage therapies and body treatments.

Strong understanding of hygiene protocols and skin safety.

Ability to maintain professionalism in a spa environment.

Excellent communication skills in English .

Compassionate, respectful, and client-focused personality.
