Seasonal Massage Therapist for a Hotel Spa in Finland

We are looking for part-time and full-time Spa Therapists to join our team at this Hotel & Spa Resort starting in October/November 2025, on contracts ranging from 3 to 12 months with a high possibility of extension.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality wellness and beauty treatments to guests and visitors
Ensure all equipment is sanitised between uses
Maintain cleanliness and order in spa facilities and common areas
Perform routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Clean and restock restrooms regularly
Handle spills promptly and safely using appropriate equipment
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
Collect and dispose of waste according to hygiene standards
Assist guests with their needs and provide excellent customer service
Carry out other related tasks as required by the company

Requirements
Minimum of one year of relevant work experience preferred
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Good command of the English language; additional languages are an advantage
Ability to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
Ability to complete tasks independently and on time with minimal supervision
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required
Excellent customer service and guest interaction skills
Valid driving licence and related driving experience considered a plus
