Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Spa Therapist to join our team in providing exceptional wellness services to clients. The ideal candidate will be experienced in a range of treatments, including massage therapy, facials, and body treatments, and committed to creating a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional spa treatments such as:
Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone massages
Body scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy
Facials and skin care services
Conduct client consultations to determine individual needs and preferences
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and spa presentation
Recommend personalized after-care and retail products
Ensure equipment and work areas are sanitized and well-maintained
Comply with all safety and sanitation policies in line with North Carolina state regulations
Uphold the highest level of customer service and confidentiality
Qualifications:
North Carolina State License in Massage Therapy or Esthetics (as applicable)
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and various massage techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
