Job Description:
We're searching for an enthusiastic individual with a deep love for the hospitality industry, a knack for crafting unique spa experiences for guests, and ambition to grow within a luxurious
5-star hotel environment. As a Spa Therapist with us, you'll have the opportunity to indulge guests in rejuvenating treatments, fostering relaxation and wellbeing amidst our exquisite spa facilities.
Requirements:
• Delivering a wide variety of body treatments, facials and massages
• Promoting sales of our services and products
• Adhering to best practices whilst ensuring the most efficient use of Spa products and items
• Advising clients and guests on Spa treatments and services
• Being courteous, creative and dependable
• Ensuring cleanliness, dedication, loyalty and honesty
• Up-selling Spa treatments to maximise revenue
• Ensuring that all treatment rooms, staff areas, relaxation areas and guest changing rooms are
kept tidy and well-stocked at all times
• Performing duties at the Spa Reception when requested to do so by the Spa Manager
• Communicating with the Management and other team members regarding guest or service
concerns
• Assisting in the training of new recruits and in the implementation of new procedures
• Attending training programmes/ courses as requested by the Spa Manager
General Requirements:
• Comply with all company policies of the company
• Comply with all systems and procedures as laid down by the General Manager, Director of Operations, and Spa Manager
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
• Participate in Health and Safety training and have a complete and up-to-date knowledge of
Hotel emergency and evacuation procedures
• The company reserves the right to add and amend any duties or responsibilities at its
discretion.
