## Job Responsibilities  
- **Customer Engagement:**  
  - Answer incoming calls and manage inquiries professionally.  
  - Provide accurate information about services offered in the spa, including slimming and muscle recovery treatments.  
  - Welcome guests warmly and guide them through their spa experiences.  
- **Sales Focus:**  
  - Promote and sell spa packages effectively to clients, ensuring an increase in sales and revenue.  
  - Develop an understanding of customer needs to offer personalized service.  
- **Appointment Management:**  
  - Book appointments for clients over the phone and through digital platforms including WhatsApp and Instagram.  
  - Manage the appointment calendar to ensure smooth operations.  
- **Client Communication:**  
  - Utilize social media channels to engage clients and promote services.  
  - Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.  

## Qualifications  
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and messaging apps for professional communication.  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.  
- Strong sales skills with a focus on meeting targets and exceeding expectations.
