A sales-oriented attitude is essential to promote our eyelash extension services, products, and packages.

## Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of eyelash extension applications, including classic, volume, and hybrid techniques.
- Assess clients' preferences and provide recommendations for lash styles that suit their needs.
- Educate clients on aftercare and maintenance for eyelash extensions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Actively promote and sell eyelash extension services, products, and packages to clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lash treatment area, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continually enhance service offerings.

## Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Eyelash Extensions Expert or similar role in a salon/spa setting.
- Proficiency in various eyelash extension techniques and products.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to connect with clients.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in eyelash extensions application is required.
