1. Assist in developing the annual training plan and monthly training schedule for the club.
2. Organize and coordinate the implementation of the annual and monthly training plans for the club.
3. Provide regular feedback to the higher-level leadership on the implementation results of the club's training.
4. Communicate with relevant departments and personnel to obtain assistance required for training work.
5. Review various training materials and be responsible for employee assessments.
6. Understand departments deeply and understand their training needs and provide feasible teaching suggestions.
Job Requirements:
1. Language: Mandarin & English
2.Associate's degree or above, with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
3. Familiar with the procedures of training work for the position.
4. Knowledge of service work norms and quality standards for hotel/SPA/restaurant employees.
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
7. Proficiency in computer operation and familiarity with e-learning methods.
