My best qualities I would say would be remaining calm in stressful situations, and always helping others. I am very determined with my goals, I will try my hardest to achieve them, and always willling to try new things. My main goal in my day to day work is purely for my clients to feel better following their treatment, than they did when they came in.
I originally started to learn to drive last year so one of my goals is to pass my tests. I also would love to manage or even run my own spa/salon also.
Seeking work in national locations
In this role, I purely perform treatments. I carry out mainly aromatherapy massage, indian head massage, and facials. We are up to date on COVID health and safety, and I have started to build up repeat clients also.
Aromatherapy Associates
Dermalogica
In this role I carried out a range of treatments, including Swedish MAssage, Hopi Ear Candles, and Manicures. We had packages for food also included in the spa, so I would also assist the spa reception in serving food and drinks
In this hotel we used ESPA for the body treatments (which I received some in house training for) as well as OPI for nail treatments.
In this role, it was slightly more challenging as I was appointed Senior Therapist. This role involved me doing One-to-One training with staff, completing Revenue Reports, and creating staff rotas and monthly packages. I worked on the spa reception, opening and closing the spa, taking bookings, and completing end of day banking. I also carried out the treatments ranging from massages, to facials.
In this hotel we worked with more luxury brands, including Carita Paris (who sadly no longer provide professional products in the UK), SkinCeuticals, and CND.
In this role, I started out purely carrying out treatments, mainly Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, and facials. I then was given more responsibility and was in charge of writing revenue reports weekly, working on the spa reception (as well as training others on reception), carrying out stock takes, and opening and closing the spa. I also helped create staff rotas, and some in house training for those who wanted some more information on our treatments and products.
We worked with Elemis throughout my time here. I completed training in several body treatments, as well as hands onn facial and Biotec facials.
