Duties included:

I have spent the last 3 years successfully applying my training to provide a series of spa services such as full body treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures and massages. By offering a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs, I am able to quickly build rapport with customers and gain regular clients. I have recieved frequent training throughout my role to apply best practices and be up to date with market trends.

Other responsibilities include upholding hygeine standards and promoting retail products resulting in successfull sales to customers. I have also spent time as a spa host, where my day to day activites have included showing people around the spa where I am representing the establishment in an accurate and enticing manner while maintaining a friendly and informative experience.

I also frequently work reception where I manage tasks such as answering queries both in person and over the phone, as well as successfully taking payments. This requires active listening skills to quickly process requests from visitors and superiors. I have developed excellent communication skills by articulating messages between colleagues and corresponding with customers and professional contacts. I have also improved my IT skills through gaining experience in software applications and user interfaces used to manage bookings and maintaining a schedule at the workplace.
