Personal Statement

My philosophy is that our bodies require the necessary balance to ensure its well-being. Our own individual “Life Force” is the link between Mind-Body. The goal is to assist individuals on being consistently responsible for taking a healthy approach within their lifestyle.

Functional balance in our bodies can be restored by using such therapeutic approaches, including herbal formulas, juice fasting, daily physical exercise, acupressure, breathing exercises, etc.

I encourage the emphasis towards Sense of Wellness as an important way for safeguarding and maximizing optimal health.
