I pride myself in being a people person who has a friendly, genuine and open attitude. I am approachable have the ability to interact well with others because I am team orientated. I am able to communicate and listen to others effectively, whilst being consistently patient, respectful and polite and continuously driving towards our compatible goal. I am highly customer focused and am passionate about giving to others. I am trustworthy, reliable, self driven, focussed and enthusiastic. I have high attention to detail, exceptional organisational and time management skills. I am highly flexible and can easily adapt to new or stressful demands.

With a strong passion to progress within the health and wellness industry, the opportunity to build a career, challenge and dedicate myself to bettering our guest’s experience. Currently, my goals are to get back into the industry I excel in. Consistently providing 5* customer service to every guest and exceeding their expectations onboard Norwegian Escape.
