Personal Statement
I love working with people and helping them. I have a passion for arranging social events & although my business venture in 2008/10, did not last long, i did manage to change the view of two clients about Counselling as, before they undertook a course with me they were skeptical and been against Counselling. i believe that my combined techniques of Counselling & NLP gave a broader scope for focus and comfort. I also believe that meditation is helpful and doesn't have to be "sit down" but any moment - on the bus/train, sitting in the park, even at a concert as this tends to take you out of yourself. I am seeking to return to a client focused role where i am dealing with people and assistig them.

i offered healing (similar to Reiki) which works with the chakras. my counselling is simple and also reflective comnbinng techniques of talkative therapy and NLP (i.e anchors) and focusing on the issue and how patterns can be changed. if i am successful in obtaining employment then i will also enhance my skills and undertake Reiki courses to become a fully qualified practitioner. I am able to offer Deep Relaxation Therapy (Mediation) having completed a Certificate in Decdember 2012.
