I am looking for a new challenge which will utilise my ability to develop client & customer relationships with my strong attention to detail.
I am enthusiastic, professional and enjoy being part of, as well as leading a successful beauty therapy team, I always strive to exceed the client's expectations. I am able to communicate my thoughts and ideas to others and have the ability to develop and maintain mutually beneficial internal and external relationships. I have had some key work experiences during my employment history, which have allowed me to work with my own initiative and combine this with strong organisational skills and 100% dedication to my job and everything I do.
I have had a successful career managing a thriving beauty salon and I have a broad understanding of business productivity principles. My dynamic communication style means I am adept in building relationships, I am known for my ability to quickly establish trust with both work colleagues and clients, mediate disputes and motivate others into action.
I am self motivated and always strive to exceed the clients expectations as well as my employers. I look forward to the prospect of providing a superior service to the company. I am prepared to take additional training to ensure the high standards of the company are met.
I meet and greet clients upon their arrival
Give consultations to clients subject to their treatment
I specialise in beauty therapy and I also carry out all of the duties of salon manager. I practice all of the treatments that are offered to clients on the price menu.
Advise clients on their home care and aftercare
Retail to clients and advise them on other relevant treatments they should try
Take calls, bookings, and update client logs on the salon database
I create posters to advertise treatments or special offers
I cash up weekly and at the end of every month I arrange the salon rota, ensure monthly targets have been met, calculate employees bonuses ready for their wages
I take stock checks and re-order stock within the salon budget
I lead regular management meetings
Give presentations
I give frequent in house training to employees to ensure productivity and service is kept up to standard
I ensure the salon is following COSHH and RIDDOR legislations as well as the data protection act

I had elocution lessons for 8 years and took examinations in;
Effective Comunication (Grade1) Speech and Drama (Grade3) Effective Text Speaking (Grade5) Mime (Grade1) Acting (Grade6 and foundation Level)
I have a certificate in conflict Resolution Skills and I also completed an introduction to Makaton Course, a Communication programme using signs and symbols by and with people who have Communication, language or learning difficulties.
I have a huge love for fashion and beauty. Working in the beauty industry it is vital to keep up to date with the latest trends, to keep your clients in the know and so that your beauty salon offers the latest treatments. Working within a health club I regularly go to the gym and particularly enjoy spinning and yoga classes. I am a little bit of an adrenaline junkie and last year I did a sky dive from 15,000 feet which was amazing and the view was breathtaking!
