Curriculum VitaeFemaleD.O.B. 02 February 1987Number of years working in industry: 15 years 7 months |
Through working in the catering industry for 9 years i have gained exceptional interpersonal skills and have high standards of customer/client care. For 5 years I held a position of supervisor showing responsibility, during this time I had to become accustomed to thinking fast, making quick decisions and leading a team to ensure all aspects of the running of the bar go smoothly and effectively.
I have been employed in a local salon for the last 3 years, in this time I have developed all skills needed to become a great therapist such as organisation skills and ensuring excellent levels of client care at all times. Reception duties are a big part of this role also, promoting the salon and all services available at all times.
Seeking work in South and Central Scotland
Performing all treatments qualified in:
General reception duties, all cleaning and tidying of the salon and ensuring client care and comfort at all tmes.
As part of my course I had to complete a weeks work placement and chose to do this within a spa environment.
This gave me an insight into what is involved in the day to day running of a 5 star spa.
Spent most of the week shadowing other members of staff from different departments to get a feel for each role.
