Job Description as the Operations in Charge :
Responsible for the sales and administrative and reception functions of the clinic. knowledgeable with the Slimming & Beauty Programs and the appliances used for treatment in the centres and make constant effort to update knowledge on products and services being offered by the company. To ensure office discipline cleanliness, professional ethics & healthy atmosphere. To delegate the work appropriately to all other departments, functioning in the center and obtain a daily feedback from other staff. Provide motivation to the staffs and assign targets for each staff member to achieve the desired results, target sales as well as to improve their performance, efficiency and customer care. Interact with all booked and prospective clients to maintain customer relation & satisfaction, to develop & expand a loyal set of customers for Vibes. To ensure that all the customer complaints are promptly attended at the center level. Prepare roster for all the staffs. Process the applications and cancellations of staffs’ visa. Responsible as direct contact for all product suppliers and marketing events for the center Handles the recruitment, interviews and decisions for new associates.
AS AESTHETICIAN:
Does lifestyle consultation for clients and help them set up and follow a specific weight loss plan to suit individual needs and goals, discuss eating habits and select an established diet plan, as well as an exercise routine, to reach the goals. Use Electro-therapy slimming machine in conjunction with a dietary program. This machinery causes the muscles to contract involuntarily, which basically stimulates exercise, thereby toning the muscle. Use LPG machine which is good to break down and contour the cellulites caused by poor eating habit, poor lifestyle and lack of exercise. Use Ultra Cavitation machine that is an alternative to liposuction, offering a way to reduce general and localized cellulite, body volume due to retention of water and also localized fat areas. Does lymphatic drainage, slimming and relaxing massage that is good and mainly relatively good for a fast and better result. Does all kinds of facials, micro dermabrasion, Mesotherapy, peelings and ultra sound therapy.
Performs all kinds of spa modalities such as Balinese, Thai massage, Pregnancy massage, Foot , Hot stone , Deep Tissue, herbal pouch, slimming massage, Elemis Ionethermie, Elemis body scrubs and body wraps, Elemis Detox and Colon Therapy, Elemis Facials and Evelom Facials, Mama Mio body treatments like Boot camp for tummy and butt sand pregnancies treatment, anticellulite and lymphatic massage. Follows the standards sets by spa trainor maintaining with regards to having the highest possible expectations and results from the clients. Delivering the best results for every treatment given to the clients and having the desire of always learning something new which is beneficial not only for the company but vice versa.
To maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms. Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift. To attend spa meetings. To assist and perform in various demonstrations and events. To maintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as outlined by the Spa Manager. Performs massages such as Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, shiatsu, Thai Foot Reflexology, Aroma Therapy, Hot Oil, Balinese Flair, Oriental Elegance, Body Wraps, Body Exfoliation, Royal Hammam and Facials. To maintain a high customer service focus by approaching the job with the customers always in mind and being in a timely manner towards their needs and requests as a detailed in the Hilton Worldwide Resorts Credo. Performs all kinds of body treatments such as massages, facials and body wraps. To be fully familiar with the Hilton Brand Service Standards and to follow these standards of service as they apply to the department. To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the resort and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new service. To have a thorough knowledge of Health, Spa and fitness departments as well as other applicable services offered by the resort. To organize and perform Beauty Therapy Treatments in rooms set up to the Hilton Standards as detailed in the Departmental Operation Manual. To confidently recommend and sell additional treatments to guests, to try to rebook them where ever possible. To ensure the treatment rooms are clean, well stock up and are properly set up prior to commencing the treatments. To coordinate with Spa Reception and health club to ensure a smooth booking procedure.
