Personal Statement

I consider myself to be: a empathatic, sympathatic very perceptive person. I am also a good listener and good councellor

I care a great deal about the welfare of others - as I also do animals.

My life goals are to work hard as a massage work therapist. To bring wellbeing to others - by the power of touch.

May 2004 - Present - Massage Therapist at (most recent employer hidden for confidentiality) WILTSHIRE, UK - United Kingdom, (Day Spa)

Duties included:

In Hong Kong I worked at for a spaattached to Repulse Bay. It was very exclusive and worked here with Elemis products.. The treatments were excellent and the facilities of the Spa very good indeed. Here I was solely a massage therapist. The oils were preblended. Much massage was done on pregnant ladies

For Leisure Plan i have worked all over UK - and for a two week period in Portugal. Leisure Plan calls on one for weekend work at different hotels all over the United Kingdom. On does not look holistically at the Clients and is expected to perform back to back massage.

Lesiure Plan also put me on courses to update my skills - these included body wraps, body scrubs etc. For this they used there own products. For Massage I used by own essential oils made by Charles Wells. The oils were not blended up individually.

I performed Hopi Ear treatments for Leisure Plan and Indian Head massage, Swedish massage, remedial massage, aromatherpay massage and body scrubs and hot stone therapy

In Wiltshire I work within an Osteopath. I work very holisitically. For the most part I am using LaStone therepy (particular in cases of severe pain) and aromatherapy massage. I blend up oils individually after taking case notes

I have also worked in a Hospice based in Cheam

Hobbies and Interests

Travel. I have a keen interest in cultures and other religions. I have been fortunate to travel a great deal. Born and raised in East Africa - helped with this as also did living in Hong Kong where I was easily able to access Asia.

I am a very keen waterskier and enjoy to travel to hot places where I can do this.

I am a very keen horse rider and spent much time as a Dressage writer.

I like to cycle and be outside
