  • Inter X Therapy involves stimulation of nerves, massage, understanding of dermatomes and muscle groups. Treatment works on similar principles as acupuncture (but non-invasive, as there are no needles), by encouraging the body to heal itself, with release of chemicals activated from the dorsal horn of spinal cord and periaqueductal grey area of the brain.
  • Common treatments are for: bursitis, tendonitis, muscle tears, nerve compression, anywhere on the body. Patients are helped to avoid surgery or post surgery. I have treated conventional doctors myself, as they are impressed by the non-invasive nature of treatment.
  • I treat sports injuries (eg., Achilles tendon issues) and have helped recovery of black belt martial arts fighters/instructors from the International Combat Organisation (ICO). I sometimes use ‘cupping’ as a treatment method.
