Personal Statement
I'm a hardworking and focused individual. I'm currently looking for opportunities to travel the world whilst doing the job that I love.
I have six years of experience as a massage/spa therapist and have also worked in other roles within the hospitality industry such as housekeeping, reception and hosting roles.
I have been greateful to experience a level of self growth as well as making great relationships with past employers; I would like to add more depth to my self profile aiming to challenge myself in different areas which I feel would benefit myself and any potential employers.

December 2019 - July 2020 - Massage Therapist at (most recent employer hidden for confidentiality) France, ( Hotel Spa)Duties included:
Spa Therapist and Head of Department. I was the head of the spa department and the only spa team member at this resort, which meant I had to be self motivated and proactive at all times.
- Delivering a spa welcome speech as part of the 'Snow Brief' to promote spa treatments and facilities.
- Delivering a range of spa treatments and promoting retail.
- Day to Day running of the spa area and facilities. Including cleaning, laundry, hydro pool maintenance and logging relevant information.
- Reception services: bookings, rebookings and payments.
- One weekly housekeeping shift, and one weekly reception shift.
- Stock taking and ordering of products.
July 2019 - November 2019 - Massage Therapist at Neilsons, Italy and Sardinia, Italy, ( Hotel Spa)
Duties included:
During my first summer season working for neilsons I attended training on Greece, then worked on the southern coast of Italy and later in Sardinia. I worked in a compact spa team.

Duties included:
I was a holistic therapist based at two hotels, the Scarlet and the Bedruthan. Offering holistic treatments with organic and ethical companies. My tasks included;
- Delivering Treatments.
- Cleaning duties.
- Spa opening and closing procedures.
- My main job role was as a spa therapist, however I also worked in hosting roles when required. As guest host I would look after spa guests and usher them around the spa areas, bringing tea, fruits and collecting them for their treatments as well as attending to the spa environment and cleaning/laundry duties. As a Garden Host I would take guests around the Spa Garden, a self-led timed spa experience consisting of body scrubs, saunas, plunge buckets, hot tubs and foot soaks. I would usher guests around the spa facilities, give an introductory speech for each group of guests and prepare their scrubs and drinks. Minor maintenance tasks.

Duties included:
Alongside my academic study, I worked in the universities onsite Day Spa. Where I carried out Elemis treatments.
In my first year I acted as a spa therapist and in second and third year I was given the opportunity to act as shift leader or senior therapist.
