September 2011 - January 2014 - Massage Therapist at (most recent employer hidden for confidentiality) Essex, UK - United Kingdom, (Home/Mobile)

Duties included:

When working from home or mobile I have to be prepared for when the client arrives. I shall have the massage bed set up if I am working from home. The room will be tranquil and calm with candles lit and some gentle music in the back ground so I make the atmosphere calm and relaxed for the client. I will have all towels, Oils and paper towel that I will be using ready set up to use and also a consultation form ready for the client to fill in (if hasn't already done so). I would do this percedure exactly the same way if I was working mobile but set up when I get to the client.

When I worked for the massage company in Spain our equipment would already be set up. The responsibilities we had were to bring in the customers and sell our massage services around the hotel. We then would give the client a massage.

Also, our manager would arrange for us to visit holiday villas and we would have to set up our equipment and proceed with our therapy at the villas.

Holistic massage only requires Oil or a percific cream a client may request.
