As a receptionist i am the first point of contact in the ebstablishment, therefore im the first to meet and greet clients. I also take phone calls to answer queries, book appointments, cancel appointments and to promote treatments. I reply to messages that have been left. I handle cash and payments for the treatments, product and gift couchers. Cashing up at the end of the day is also one of the responsiblities a receptionist has. Keeping a tidy and organised area, so it looks professional and welcoming.
