Personal Statement
I started beauty therapy from leaving school, it has given me the opportunity to travel and work. I moved across the world to Port Douglas a lovely village in North Queensland, Australia. I worked in the spa of a 5-star resort. For the past 5 years I have worked in a renowned osteopathic clinic. I love to travel and learn so while working I have also completed a degree in Marine Biology, I studied abroad in Georgia, USA. I am interested in how things work; I will continue to learn and grow. I am mindful of the environment and how we can protect it. I am pragmatic in how I approach situations that arise, adapting and overcoming obstacles.

I have extremely loyal returning patients who I carry out exceptional treatments for and provide recommendations exercises to carry out to release tension in the muscles between treatments to pro long the benefits from their massage. I have clients referred from the osteopaths and vice versa I will refer a client for osteopathy if I feel they need a more specified treatment for example shock wave or acupuncture. I travelled to Australia on a working holiday visa. I worked in Vie Spa of a 5-star resort in North Queensland for 8 months. I carried out Prescription facials using Pevonia and IKOU. OPI manicures and pedicures. I learnt how to carry out new treatments including the Vichy Shower, Hot stone & Deep Muscular Massage. Other duties as a beauty therapist consisted of reception duties booking in external and internal guests for treatments, taking payment, consultation forms, opening and closing the spa.
