Seeking work and to gain more knowledge within the spa industry. One of my goal is to work in management. Since completing my Foundation Degree other interests have arisen thta include both HR, Nutrition and Marketing.

Previous duties consist of planning, preparing lessons for NVQ Beauty Therapy Courses to L1-L3 Learners. As lecturer it is also my responsibility to identify strengths and weakness of learners and providing an action plan to develop skills and confidence as well as maintain strict health and safety rules and procedures. Other reponsibilities include preparing learners for end of year exams and introducing them to the industry via enrichment.
