Personal Statement

A qualified in Level 3 Beauty Therapy is now seeking for an opportunity to keep developing and progressing in a new environment within beauty industry.
I always set a bar really high aiming to provide the best experience to my Clients which allowed me to reach and maintain Customer retention level at 98%. I consider myself to be a very social and emotionally intelligent person with good sense of humour and excellent work ethics. I’m a good team player.
I have over seven years’ experience of working for major international corporations performing a vast range of tasks integral to the day-to-day running of the company. In the course of my work for such companies as Pasante Healthcare, Nestle and DIM, I have worked directly under Managing Directors and Departmental directors, which has enabled me to learn a great range of skills and to gain knowledge of the intricacies of how these organisations function. Due to the nature of the business I worked within, and the importance within these international companies that I worked for, I used to multi-tasking, problems solving within strict deadlines. I am a well-organised and fastidious worker, who dedicates great amounts of time and activity to the completion of tasks to exceptionally high standards.
The skills I have been able to develop as a Boutique Manager are transferable to many sectors, as I have been exposed both sales and management responsibilities. Teamwork and motivational techniques were essential, particularly during my time with Nespresso, where I developed strong leadership skills managing both the bar and boutique areas. My training also exposed me to the budget setting and management, which greatly assisted me in my role with DIM Rus LLC.
My role with DIM included the assistance of the Development Director to acquire a new property, following which I was required to procure and project manage the fit out of their first boutique in Moscow. I was also responsible for the store management, assembly of the sales team and their initial training.
The role at DIM also included sole responsibility for managing the purchasing and delivery of stock, and the completion of a number of sales contracts necessary for trading, which may be of assistance in the proposed role.
I have worked with the Microsoft office suite of software during the past six years.
In my latest job as a Marketing Manager I got a good understanding of working with data base, social media and web site maintenance.
I trust that the skills in all my previous jobs are relevant, transferable and valuable in highly competitive and customer orientated industry as beauty.
