Duties included:
During my time on The World i would provide luxury massage the residence onboard, as it was residencial owned the priorty was the privacy for the guests onboard. During quiet times it would give the team the opertunity to make sure the cleanlines of the spa was up yo date.
As we did experditions the crew help with beach landings and helping residence getting off and on the yacht.

Duties included:
During the past 3 years I have been working on the following cruise lines: Disney, WindStar and Silver Seas as a Spa Manager and Assistant reporting directly to the hotel director. With working in a customer facing role it was my duty to interact with each and every guest and ful fill thier needs during thier cruise. I would over sea the spa operations from checking guest in and showing them our faciclities to helping my spa team provide exeptional service and hitting thier targets.
On a daily basis i would do spa check to make sure everthing was running smoothly and all maintainance issues were adheared to.
At the end of every cruise i would prepare the teams shceduel and budget targets for the upcoming cruise which would then be broken down in a team meeting.
Every 3 months my self and the team would do an invetory count of all products used in the spa which was then transfered to a master sheet and updated in the system which would refelct for the incoming stock.
