Duties included:

Part-time employment to support college education and in between other jobs for extra money.

Working as part of the waiting on staff for breakfast, dinnerand evening shifts, duties include;

• Helping with the smooth running of the restaurant and setting up rooms in the building for special events

• Helping with the smooth running of the spa and setting up for any treatments

• Ensuring guests are happy with their end result and it is what they had asked for

Working with steiner has given me experience with working with different kinds of customers and to be able to work well as a team. During my time with steiner I felt I gained a lot of confidence with guests and improved on many skills, even though it was hard work and long hours I feel the journey was definitely worth it. During my training in London Steiner helped me build confidence in public speaking and how to speak to guests when selling retail products.
