I am proud to have earned my coaching certification from the esteemed Farsi Coaching Academy, renowned for its dedication to excellence in coaching education. My experience at the academy was deeply enriching, thanks to the unwavering professionalism of both the staff and the instructors. Throughout the comprehensive year-long program, I was guided by highly knowledgeable and skilled educators who are leaders in the field of coaching.

Under the insightful guidance of Mr. Taymour Miri, the esteemed head of the academy, I honed my coaching skills, gaining invaluable knowledge and practical expertise. The academy’s curriculum is designed to foster personal and professional growth, and I found each module to be both intellectually stimulating and highly enjoyable.

THE ART OF GROUP COACHING

I am honored to have completed an intensive 8-week group coaching program at the prestigious Farsi Coaching Academy, a leader in coaching education. This program, led by the knowledgeable and inspiring instructor Ali Kolivand, provided me with essential tools and methodologies to design impactful coaching sessions.

Through this program, I developed the skills necessary to create and implement my own group coaching program focused on cultivating healthy eating habits. The knowledge and insights gained from this course enabled me to positively impact the well-being and lifestyle choices of my participants.

This program not only enhanced my coaching capabilities but also fueled my passion for promoting health and wellness within communities. I am grateful for the invaluable guidance and support of my mentor, Ali Kolivand, and I am excited to apply these learned skills to inspire and facilitate positive transformations in others' lives.

The 'Training the Trainer' course was an enriching four-day journey, meticulously structured to enhance educators' skills in teaching haircutting and hair coloring techniques. This immersive program provided in-depth, up-to-date information, blending theoretical knowledge with practical methodologies. Participants delved into the latest trends and techniques, learning how to effectively communicate and demonstrate these skills to others. The course emphasized curriculum development, effective teaching strategies, and student engagement, empowering trainers to deliver high-quality, impactful education. By the end of the program, attendees were equipped with the confidence and expertise needed to inspire and educate the next generation of hair professionals.

Bonyan Curriculum For Personal Growth and Effective Communication Skils

I have had the privilege of participating in all the courses offered by Bonyan Institute, under the expert guidance of Dr. Fereshteh Mirhashemi, and completed my studies there in 2006. This esteemed institute specializes in soft and personal development skills, offering remarkable programs that have significantly contributed to my individual and professional growth. The comprehensive curriculum, led by Dr. Mirhashemi, focuses on essential skills such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, negotiation, teamwork, leadership, and stress management. Each course is designed to empower participants with the tools and insights needed to excel personally and professionally. Thanks to Bonyan Institute and Dr. Mirhashemi, I have been able to enhance my abilities, improve my relationships, and reach new heights in my career.

From 2000 to 2004, I studied hairdressing and worked as an assistant for some of Tehran’s top hairdressers. This experience was transformative—it allowed me to gain confidence, refine my skills, and apply my knowledge in a practical setting. More importantly, it taught me the value of perseverance and the power of creating a safe, respectful space for women, both personally and professionally.

Reflecting back on November 2015, I completed an unforgettable 30-day journey at the Makeup For Ever Academy in Paris. This intensive program was a significant milestone in my life, transforming my passion for makeup into professional expertise.

Under the tutelage of seasoned educators, I delved deep into the world of makeup. From mastering foundational techniques to exploring advanced artistry, each day broadened my skills and understanding of the beauty industry.

The course emphasized the importance of teamwork. Working closely with fellow aspiring artists, I learned to collaborate and innovate, mirroring real-world scenarios. It was a chance to share ideas, grow together, and form meaningful connections.

Getting hands-on with Makeup For Ever’s exceptional products was a highlight. Understanding product selection and application techniques enhanced my technical expertise, allowing me to create diverse and stunning effects.

The L'Oreal Academy's "Color Keys” course was immensely informative for me. I learned valuable insights that helped alleviate the challenges I faced in hair color transformations, which previously left me feeling underqualified. This course marked the beginning of a new phase of knowledge enhancement in the field of hair coloring.

The "Color Change" course, following the "Color Keys" program, clarified new uncertainties for me. With this knowledge, expertise, and my existing experience, every client was amazed by my services.

This course, though comprehensive, didn't introduce any new concepts to me, as I had already acquired the knowledge through extensive practice and research. My prior experience and self-driven learning had thoroughly prepared me in this area, allowing me to confidently deliver impressive results to my clients.

Inspired by Samer Khozami's mesmerizing makeup transformations on Instagram, I embarked on yet another journey to Beirut. Known for its vibrant culture, amazing cuisine, and warm, friendly locals, Beirut, with its picturesque setting on the Mediterranean, offered the perfect backdrop for my continued exploration of the art of makeup.

At the Samer Khozami Academy, I immersed myself in a unique learning experience, exploring Samer Khozami's distinctive style of eye and skin makeup. Their approach, a blend of artistry and precision, opened my eyes to new techniques and creative possibilities. I had the opportunity to share my expertise in designing natural eyebrows, showing my lovely instructor how subtle changes can completely transform a look while maintaining a natural appearance.

The Academy provided more than just technical skills; it was an inspiring environment that fueled my passion for makeup. The hands-on sessions and personalized instruction helped me refine my craft, blending artistry with expert technique.

Chakrapani Ayurveda, Jaipur, India

Amid a whirlwind of stress and the relentless pace of a workaholic lifestyle, my search for lost health led me to an Ayurvedic clinic in the enchanting city of Jaipur, India. Known as the Pink City for its stunning architecture, Jaipur offered a retreat into a world of ancient wisdom and holistic healing.

The time spent at the clinic was a profound journey into Ayurveda, the age-old system of medicine that seeks balance and holistic well-being. Here, I delved into the principles that underpin this healing tradition, exploring not just the physical, but also the mental and spiritual components of health.

During my stay, I attended a course that introduced me to the intricacies of the human body from an Ayurvedic perspective. I learned about marma points—vital energy centers that play a crucial role in maintaining health and wellness. This knowledge was eye-opening, providing a new lens through which to view the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

In my quest for deeper understanding, I also registered for an online course in Ayurveda. The course, lasting nine months, was a further exploration into this ancient wisdom. Although I never received my certificate of completion, the course was invaluable, enriching my perspective on health and wellness.

L'oreal Academy in Paris

In 2014, I was invited by the L'Oreal Academy to Paris, where I met two of their international artists. During my stay in Paris and my interactions with the Academy, my skills and talents were highly praised. However, during the Business School seminar that emphasized the importance of selling home care products to clients as a means to cover all salon operational costs, I became skeptical. This skepticism led to a distrust towards the beauty industry giants, which later played a significant role in my decision-making process.
