Duties included:
Spa Manager and Trainer, also running the CIBTAC training academy, the only one in the Caribbean.
Duties were to deliver the CIBTAC syllabus to students three days a week, training 48 spa therapists in their respective treatments to keep up to date three days weekly. Managing the skin care clinic with four ladies, where specialised treatments were performed. The sister hotel was also under my control, this I visited on a weekly basis. Sales and marketing was implemented weekly. Weekly targets were set and our performance was 98% weekly from the whole resort
Morning meetings were held for all therapists for 20 mins and a weekly group meeting of all departmnts (aryveda sports and spa) this I conducted with the Spa Director
