Product Training:

March 2012 Dermalogica
Leatherhead surrey and St Ives Cambridge

I love dermalogica products and treatments and I did my first course with them in 2002 and have been on at least 2 coirses per year since then trying to keep up with their innovative new treatments and products. I can perform a full range of face and body treatments with dermalogica and am consitantly the highest achiever with comission from retail sales.

December 2010 Nouveau lash extensions
London

An intensive one day course, half theory and half practical. The lashes are very fiddly and require a lot of patience to produce a full set. I practised for 3 hours and only applied about 3 lashes each! Then I had to return after treating 6 clients and showing photographs before and after. I had a half day assessment and passed with certificate. The lashes are one of my favourite treatments to do now.

May 2010 CACI non surgical solutions
Edgwear, London

Although I only did a CACI course last year, my first training session with them was in 2003 where I learnt the signature treatment. Then they brought out a new machine which I implemented to the sanctuary and went on training for this last year. It is a very intense course with a lot of theory on muscles, tendons, skin and electricity. A very long course of movements to memorise in addition to customising each treatment to your client. Again, one of my favourite treatments to perfrom as you get great results with a course of 10.

Hobbies and Interests

I enjoy most sports and love any excuse to be outside! I used to coach my own roller skating club from 2000-2009. I, myself, competed throughout Europe professionally and as a club we competed nationally for 9 years. I still skate regularly but just as a hobby as my job demands a lot of time. I am currently taking an intermediate Spanish course in the hope of becoming as close to fluent as possible. I'm very passionate about travelling and love exploring new cultures and making friends around the world.
