Assisting the first team physiotherapist at Charlton FC & assisting the consultant physiotherapist at Gillingham FC in Providing manual and electro therapies to both upper and lower musculatures of recovering first team players and also learning various other modalities including ultrasound, interferential and Pulsed Shortwave Diathermy. Conducting physical assessments and prescribing exercise and rehab programs for short & long term Injuries, monitoring progress and supervising gym based exercises.
