Responsible for a recreation club spanning 20,000 sq ft, housing, 2 x F&B outlets, separate male/female gyms, 3 studios, 13m climbing wall, 2 pools, lazy river relaxation area, squash and tennis courts. Was accountable for implementing annual profit & loss accounts; annual sales and marketing plans for the F&B outlets, club and membership; along with creating a memorable sales journey for members to follow from initial contact to joining.
My responsibilities for the smooth daily operation of the F&B outlets (monthly turnover approx AED 40000) included ensuring that both were HACCP compliant, carrying out stock checks, cost control and monitoring GP. Reviewing KPI’s to ensure Club growth and being proactive to adapt the marketing plan if required.
