From September 2009 to current I have been working in a secondary school with a vocational skills and enterprise centre. This involves me delivering the BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy and NVQ level 2 & 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy.
Competencies required and developed: Subject Leader for Beauty
Therapy which involves managing a team of three, setting up and putting in place all the structures to enable the programmes to successfully run. I manage the department budget. I am an Assessor, Internal Verifier and fill the role of qulaity assurance for all of the work based learners and adult learners at the colleege. I am used to working to regular deadlines and under pressure.

From September 2000 to August 2009 I worked as a sesenior lecturer in Beauty Therapy and Complementary Ththerapies, teaching over different awarding bodies, NVQ, B BTEC, VTCT and FDAS Sports and Rehabilitation. Each E programme enabled me to teach to a variety of levels and to be able to differentiate my teaching style to acommodate all learners.
