Responsibilities include;
* Carry out all treatments to the required standard and as booked.
* Work within the time guidelines of each treatment ensuring that the highest standard of client care is practised.
* Ensure that product knowledge is well known and that the client’s time is educative, therapeutic, and relaxing.
* Greet the client warmly and by their name, show them to the therapy room and indicate where everything is, ensuring the highest client care is given out at all times.
* Be knowledgeable about all facilities, products, and treatments offered within the Spa, informing the client of availability when requested.
* Ensure that high standards of cleanliness and tidiness are adhered to in the treatment rooms and grooming lounge at all times.
* Sell the products during the treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge.
* Be flexible if colleagues need help within other areas of the Spa.
* Attend any necessary training courses in-house or external.
* Ensure the company's policies are followed at all times.

Responsibilities 

Be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery.
Welcome and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and tactful manner.
Communicate in English or Arabic at all times. Avoid speaking your native language with colleagues unless the client speaks that language.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific needs.
Complete a consultation sheet for every new client.
Use a waiver when clients insist on a service you recommend against.
Serve clients professionally, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Discuss the client's next visit requirements and inform reception accordingly.
Use products according to manufacturers' specifications and avoid excessive usage.
Educate clients and recommend products to help them maintain their hairstyles.
Attend technical training sessions, hairdressing seminars, and stay updated on new products, techniques, and trends.
Promote and sell appropriate hair products.
Keep track of clients' visits, services offered, and specific colors used.
Assist with purchase orders.
Be confident in all aspects of hairdressing.
Maintain personal grooming and appearance standards consistently.
Arrive on time for shifts and appointments.
Perform services within the allotted time for each service.
Actively promote salon products, services, promotions, and discounts to achieve sales goals.
Maintain an active social media profile to increase salon visibility, showcase talent, stay informed about trends, and grow a following.
Adhere to sanitation and sterilisation standards as per salon policies.
Perform necessary preparation work and clean and restock the work area as required.
Report any staff or client-related issues to management promptly.
Handle client questions and concerns professionally and courteously, ensuring complete satisfaction.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a quality work environment.
Read and understand the Operations Manual and comply with salon rules and regulations.
Perform any other duties as determined necessary by management.


Ideal candidate

• A minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Hair Stylist
• Diploma in Level 3 Hairdressing is a asset.
• Thorough knowledge of current trends, hair styles and hair care products.
• Available to work on various schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Physical mobility (able to stand on feet for a prolonged period of time).
• Excellent communication skills.
