My day to day role is to manage the Health Club and Spa. Im and soley responsible for forcasting and budgeting. I ensure that stocktakes are complete monthely for all departments of the Health Club. I look afer a large team of 34 staff. This includes Therapists, Fitness Trainers, Receptionest and Spa Assistents. I control the roat for all staff members.

I was very fortunate to be given the opertunity of opening this brand new spa, With in this process i chose all products houses, equpitment, furniture. I put the budget together and forcasted for the the first 12 months of business.
I developed the team including the in houes training and co-ordinated training with product houses.
I put together a signature treatment menu.
