I have just finished my degree in International Spa Management and I am now looking for my next challenge to push myself further inorder to develop my knowledge and skills.
I believe the most important aspects in order for a spa to run to a high standard are: standardisation, attitude, professionalism, team work (including a mix of individual skills) and a sence of satisfaction (internal and externally). I am a determined individual that strives for success and achievement and aim to increase any spa or salon to 5* as there is always room for improvement.
