I have exceptional skills in dealing with very difficult clients whether on the telephone or within person. While being in an expanding business I have been able to expand my knowledge incredibility by learning new technology within the booking system and also expanding my existent knowledge.

I love socialising with people whether at work or in my private life. i like to try and do regular exercising throughout the week. i also like to keep up to date on new things in the beauty industry. i also love going on long walks and seeing new things outside of a city.
