Offer and deliver at all times the best massage treatments to clients with respect of the highest professional ethics as written in the Code of Ethical Conduct of the company,
Respond promptly to all bookings submitted once a booking has been confirmed and respect the confidentiality of all clients personal information,
Being responsible for maintaining equipment, appropriate certification, and licensure,
Delivering short massage sessions to members of staff (approx. 20 min),
Using, transporting, setting up and adjusting the massage chair to and from different areas of the hospital,
Sanitise the massage chair observing infection control measures, and all requirements adhered to.
Providing Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone complimentary touch therapies (approx. 40-45min), aimed at improving the wellbeing of the UCLH staff,
Observing the infection control precaution protocol before seeing each new client,
Having a good communication with the Volunteer coordinator and NHS clients.
I am the founder, director and massage therapist of my own private company, Calming Massage, since June 2021. I created my own website, http://calming-massage.com, my own Google page and other social media profiles, such as Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp.
My core duties include conducting 30, 45, 60 and 90-minutes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot & Cold Stone and Acupressure massages to help clients alleviating their stress, reducing tensions, aches and pains, providing courteous customer service, suggesting appropriate treatments and observing all infection control measures.

Setting up the massage room, following all hygiene measures,
Greeting clients, explaining how the massage session would have been going, asking about any kind of medical conditions
Delivering massage treatments to members of the Positive Health programme (approx. 60 min),
Working with people affected by disabilities, HIV positive, Parkinson’s disease,
Maintaining the neatness of the massage room.
