Duties included:

After graduationg from University with a BA hons Degree in Hospitality management I decided to move to London to do a Management Programme and got accepted onto this Managemeent Programme in 2010.

• Main resposibilities were learning to manage teams and work in as many departments within the hotels to gain experience as well as management experience.
• As part of my programme I had to help out reception in one of the spas, which is how I got into the spa industry as it was a complete eye opener and a different experience.
• The Spa Director of the company was very encouraging and inspired me to take this further and learn more about this industry and it was something I was passionate about especially when it came to sales and selling products to clients whether it was in the spa or when I was doing reservations over the phone, which is something I really enjoyed and the company has a big emphasis on selling to guests and potential guests as well.

Products worked with:

Elemis was the product that was used in the some of the hotels in the company I worked for especially for the hotels that were also under Relais & Chateaux.
