My most recent job involved me running our busy clinic. My duties hear included carrying out many various beauty and spa treatments as well as electrical face and body treatments. We were very popular with one treatment in particular which was our electrical slimming treatment. This used ultrasonic sound waves to melt fat. As I was senior at this branch it was my duty to ensure day to day tasks were carried out. I also answered phones replied to emails, processed and dealt with customer enquiries effectively and quickly. I also took sales calls and over the phone payments as well as selling and promoting to new customers. In doing this I hit above my daily sales targets and brought my clinic out on top in recent months.

Duties included:
As soon as I finished college I went self-employed as a therapist and rented a room in a busy hotel spa. I carried out various spa and beauty treatments including; facials, manicures, pedicures, hand and foot treatments, various different massage, Indian head massage, spa wraps and therapies, as well as essential skills such as eyelash and eyebrow treatments and waxing. As I was self-employed it was my job to ensure I was busy, and any spare time I had I would walk around the hotel promoting my treatments and taking bookings from new customers.
