prestigious international accolades and recognition.
Oversaw all aspects of the Ayurvedic spa providing wellness treatment to resident guests.
Increased guest capture ratio from 7% to 79% for Ayurveda & yoga section.
Increased guest satisfaction ratio from 67% to 94% in GSTS cards which lead to increased revenue by 97%
compared to earlier years.
