The strengths about my personality and my character and the thing that I am the most complemented about both in my social and my work life is that I am a motivator. Duties included:

Complete management, organisation and set up of new spa concept for a hotel / health and fitness / charity organisation.

Created whole spa concept and worked with builders, designers, PR and Marketing consultants, journalists, television companies, created workshops, appeared on television programs talking about the spa industry and our new concept

Day to day operations including Duty Manager shifts for hotel on a rota basis overseeing hostel and hotel reservaions, food and beverage and membership / health and fitness depts.

Had overall responsibility for the entire operation including:

Day to day operational issues such as; Personel / Recruitment / Training / Motivation and Targeting / Marketing and Promotion including entire marketing calenders / Budgeting and Finance / Stock Control / Business Strategy / Customer Relations etc.

Worked with designers, brand consultants and architects to create new spa concepts.

Acheivements include: Awarded nomination for 'Best day Spa 2011' for the Professional Beauty Awards. Invited to join BABTAC as a co-opted member of the board.

Hobbies and Interests

I am very interested in trends in all aspects of the word such as fashion / interiors / property, music and culture. I love visiting exhibitions, gallerys and the theatre. I love to travel so I have visited lots of countrys across the world and I love being around people. I am not a solitary personality so I have lots of friends and love entertaining and socialising.

I run all the time and as we have dogs and we live near Richmond Park I spend a lot of time outdoors!
