Personal Statement
I have been fortunate to work in two very different countries, South Africa and England and this has given me a well rounded view of customer service within the Industry. I have also had the opportunity to study not only Beauty, but financial planning, hotel management and became an Educator, and these have helped me with all aspects of the Spa Industry.
