- I have worked part time in a customer facing role for the past 2 years at in a pharmacy; firstly as a Customer Assistant and then progressing to a Healthcare Advisor after successfully completing my NVQ in pharmacy service skills. I believe that I know exactly what it’s like to be professional and friendly in a busy work environment. I’ve gained many skills from this job including excellent listening and communication skills, presentation of shop floor, problem solving, customer satisfaction and dealing with payments; but most importantly I have learnt to work independently but also efficiently, making sure the customer is always satisfied.
