This was a SPA in a health club. We constructed from 0. We only created within the zone and managed with Balinese therapists. We created the decoration of the rooms, all the wet areas, the reception, the clothing and all the administrative procedures, such as guest services, therapies, menus and catering in the spa, sales procedures, pricing, customer service, reception procedures, financing, all the procedures for the employees.
July 2011 - July 2012 - General Manager at Sablon Wellness Club, Spain , (5 Star Hotel Spa)
Duties included:
Started the job 17 months after Oppenning. The club had not been able to maintain its goals up to that point. So many things must have been changed, including the interior design and management style, sales activities and CRM activities. We doubled all revenues in 11 months and most importantly improved staff and guest satisfaction and affiliation.
