Duties included:

Analyzing the overall onboard revenue, generating activities to develop or adjust strategies and tactics to increase guest participation. Developing marketing promotional plans for increasing profitability of the revenue areas. Working directly with the Cruise Director to identify the optimal scheduling opportunities and locations for revenue generation and ensure that all onboard activities and events are geared towards generating revenue and optimizing guest satisfaction.
