Personal Statement

People would describe me as friendly,enthusiastic, polite and passionate about what I do. I can work well in a team environment also independantly using my inuitative. Working in the industry for 9 years or so I have definately gained knowledge and experience.

I know the importance of good communication skills, I have an understanding of the workplace in general and maintaining the industires standards and exceeding clients expectations.

I have always tried to better my skills but feel theres always room to grow and excel myself as a therapist.

My future goals would to be to grow as a therapist and as an individual also to learn new techniques and other aspects of the industry.

Duties included:

At keturah the work ethics were very high standard just like Langdale Hotel and Spa. All aspects of beauty therapy but predominatly massage was my main source of clientelle alongside Spa/body treatments also waxing,facials and Spa manicure and pedicures.

I covered reception when it was asked of me and to also check stock and general housekeeping chores.

Alot more Spa treatments nvolving a Vichy bed were very commonly used and i loved to carry out these treatments.

Brazillian waxing was also a major source of clientelle for myself.

Keturah is an award winning Day Spa and expectations are very high with knowledge,treatments and retail and at my time at Keturah I made it a personal challenge to myself to acheive these goals. keeping my treatments consistant and exceeding clients expectations was a must for myself also my employers.

Retail was a must and I often more than not exceeded targets set to me.

Not only did I work here at the lakes but live in accommodation was provided, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here meeting people I lived next to also clients from alover the world. I was a great experience.

At Ella Bache all aspects of beauty therapy treatments were carried out. Waxing was a must and i gained alot of knowledge from my collegues about various waxing treatments which was brilliant for me. Predomantly still massage would be my main source of clientelle but treatments were consistant.

Being my first job in Australia I learned alot about skincare with the climate being what it is and found it very useful and added to my knowledge.

Housekeeping was a must also stock take was something I would do ofen if it was asked of me.

Retailing was a must and I would strive to meet targets set and would often meet them.
